Harish Patel, CEO Management, Rollout and Marketing.

Mr. Patel is the Founder of RWBC and has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Chicago, Illinois. He has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunication field with companies such as GTE, Brach Candy and M. J. Holloway. Mr. Patel has designed and developed software and hardware used in analogue switching systems for the above referenced companies. He has also developed a Microwave System for the deployment of High Speed Internet Networks and has successfully completed beta testing of his terrestrial system, Allumera. He has been working on the technical development of this system since February 1997. Mr. Patel has over 22 years of experience in new business rollout. Prior to working in microwave field, Mr. Patel was in his own business managing 27 hotels/motels across USA on virtual private network. n

Sanjay Patel, President. Human Resources & Day to Day Operations.

Mr. Patel is the Co-Founder of IBC. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University. Mr. Patel has Microwave Circuit Design and Computer Science experience with extensive knowledge of Allumera's design. He has worked for over two years in designing and perfecting Allumera. Mr. Patel has completed all courses required by the MCSE examination. n

Jason Norton, CTO. Network planning & deployment.

Mr. Norton, brings a wealth of engineering and telecommunications experience to DLT Networks, having been responsible for customer facing initiatives at Allegiance Telecom (now XO Communications). Mr. Norton has direct responsibilities for managing new network design initiatives, including implementing advanced and complex technologies, and overseeing the introduction of technological advancements relevant to DLT Networks existing and future business. Mr. Norton was instrumental at Allegiance Telecom in designing and developing their NOC process and procedure, this enabled large scale network systems (backbone, edge and CPE) trouble resolution. Furthermore, as a result of Mr. Norton's extensive knowledge of complex network systems he was able to recommend and implement the next generation CPE which yielded a $3.2M annual recurring savings for Allegiance Telecom.  . Along with in depth expertise and Corporate experience of WAN and LAN based technology and systems, Mr. Norton is Cisco CCNA certified.

David Bortenstein – VP Marketing and Sales.
David Bortenstein has with his extensive 20 plus year tenure within the Telecommunication Industry been instrumental in driving significant business revenue and new product market launchings for companies like Nortel Networks. During Mr. Bortenstein's 14 years at Nortel Networks in the U.S. and Canada, he embraced several Strategic Corporate roles including Major Accounts Sales Director, Senior Systems Consultant and Product Marketing Director. Mr. Bortenstein's roles at Nortel Networks were pivotal in generating in excess of $100M in revenue from a Fortune 500 customer base which included companies like (Sprint, Broad wing, Bank of America, UPS, American Express, Williams, Royal Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, Telecom Canada, Ontario Hydro, TD Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce). Prior to joining Nortel Networks Mr. Bortenstein was part of the IT Management and Technology Team at a Major Canadian Financial Institution – Bank of Montreal in Toronto, Canada.  . As Vice President of Sales for RWBC, Inc. Mr. Bortenstein is responsible for managing RWBC's Direct Sales and Channel Partner initiatives, and overseeing the global expansion of RWBC's customer base. Mr. Bortenstein brings a tremendous amount of Industry and Professional knowledge, which has been instrumental and invaluable in the growth of RWBC. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Toronto University (Toronto, Canada).

Pratik Patel, CPE Management and Field Operations.

Mr. Patel has completed two years at University of Texas, Dallas Campus in Business Management. Mr. Patel is a Lincoln Tech Automotive graduate. He has worked with auto stores and has 4 years of experience in inventory management system. He will manage the inventory and work with installation team to provide installation support of RWBC's customers.

Mark Watterson, CFO Financial Advisor and Management.
Mark is a 43 year old CPA who has owned his own accounting practice since 1999. He has extensive experience in real estate and business taxation. He served as the Construction Controller with Lincoln Property Company in the mid 90's and Director of Real Estate Partnership Accounting with the Hall Financial Group in the early 90's. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana in 1984 and his Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1999. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPA's. In addition to taxes and accounting, he acquired his Series 7 securities license in 1997 and has 7 years experience in the financial planning industry. More recently, Mark is the CFO of DLT Networks, Inc., a wireless internet company providing high-speed internet service to rural areas. In this capacity Mark manages cash flow, capital budgeting, and financial statement presentation.

Devyani Patel, Secretary Treasurer. Corporate & Financial Mgmt.
Mrs. Patel is a high school graduate with an experience of a CPA. She is good comptroller and has proven that to two super large convenient stores in New York for straight five years. She started working with the founders in 2001 and since than helped company to stay a float in most adverse financial market condition.

Gary Winton, Chief Operating Officer. Field Operations.
Mr. Winton has operated his own business from over 15 years. His company was responsible for installing DirectTV system in DFW area. His company also assemble PC systems and equipment needed for customers. Five years ago he shifted his attention with RWBC's founders and assisted them with design, development and implementation of wireless networks.

Vipul Patel, System Design Engineer. Support Software & Mgmt.

Mr. Patel has B.S. in Computer science from Gujarat University. He has developed and written programs in Visual Basic and C++. Indian temples around the world are using his client-server database software. He is good asset to Internet Broadcast for his expertise in scalable enterprise client-server applications.

Dr. Kim Ok Kyum, VP Antenna Development and Design .
Dr. Kyum holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. Dr. Kyum was employed by technology companies including Andrew Corporation and Texas Instruments from 1964 to 1980. Dr. Kyum has been the president of EM Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Lone Star Electronics Co. since 1980. Lone Star Electronics Co. designs, develops and manufactures various HF, VHF, UHF and Microwave antennas for cellular radio networks, paging networks, point-to-point terrestrial communication and military defense systems. Dr. Kyum has been a chief operating officer for EMT and a major antenna designer for the company since 1980. He has designed all products in his catalogue.

Larry L. Limel, VP Microwave Radio Design and Engineering.
Mr. Limel is the owner of L-CUBED Communications Microwave Systems and Services in Dallas, Texas, providing services and equipment to microwave users. Mr. Limel has over thirty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting with GTE Lenkurt in 1970 with the installation and testing of PCM cable carrier and analog point-to-point microwave systems, Mr. Limel became a field engineer in 1978 with Collins Radio Co., which changed its name to Rockwell International in 1979. Over the next ten years he held several other positions, including system engineer, network design engineer and transmission engineer. In 1988, he returned to the field department as a senior engineer. In 1990, he became a senior engineer for microwave and light wave systems in the customer technical support group. In 1992, his division was acquired by Alcatel USA. Mr. Limel is currently a senior engineer in the customer technical group at Alcatel for fixed wireless systems.

R. Daniel Balusek, VP RF Design, Development and Maintenance.
Mr. Balusek is a private RF Design Consultant with over 24 years of Engineering and design experience and is the founder and owner of dB Technologies. Before founding his own company in 2001, he was employed by the Collins Radio Division of Rockwell International and later the Fixed Wireless Division of Alcatel Network Systems as a Senior Design Engineer working in Microwave Product Development. He has extensive experience in both Commercial and Industrial Wireless Hardware and Systems Design and a particular level of expertise in Synthesizer and Oscillator Design ranging from 1 Mhz through 18 Ghz. In addition to earning two US Patents, he has also written several papers pertaining to Microwave Frequency Source Design and is a current member of the IEEE as well as the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society. He has an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology from Kilgore College in Kilgore Texas and a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from LeTourneau University in Longview Texas.

Prasad Thotakura holds two MBA degrees one from India and the other one from the USA. Mr. Thotakura has more than 15 years of corporate management experience. As a Marketing Manager with the Mobil Oil Corporation , he has coordinated several multi-million dollar marketing programs and events between a team of fifteen Managers and the District office to ensure a seamless process of implementation and understanding. Mr. Thotakura has provided a leadership training to site-level personnel and was responsible for Marketing District's planning, performance measurement and financial analysis. Mr. Thotakura has also served over three years as a Vice President of Operations for Ipelion Inc., a web based enterprise procurement Software Company in Richardson. Mr. Thotakura in that role helped Ipelion grow from 2 employees to 37at its peak and revenue from $0 in 2000 to $1.2 million in 2003. Mr. Thotakura is an outstanding, dynamic corporate and community leader, a mentor and a role model serving the Indian American community in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the past fifteen years. Mr. Thotakura's contributions were well recognized throughout the USA and overseas. Mr. Thotakura was awarded with the prestigious “Outstanding Community Service” award by the Grater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, “Special Appreciation” award from CARE and the “BEST NRI” (Non-resident Indian) award from the Ministry of Government of India for his outstanding leadership and dedicated community service.  .
